Designed for initial first aid, this finger splint provides immobilization for injuries or felons associated with the nail bed or finger tip. Additionally, it provides relief for fractures or tendon ruptures of the distal phalanx. The affected finger tip must be first inserted into the splint and contoured to the finger. Tape, bandage clam or a bandage can then be used to secure the splint.
