The splint is prefabricated in the frequently used angle (90°). To change to necessary angle, simply open the lateral fixation plate of the forearm part (only in case of the version with adjustable angle), set it to the required angle and closing them for fixing again. Place the arm with the ulnar side into the splint and carefully adjust the splint to the arm and hand (only if pronation and suppination have to be blocked). Fasten the splint with bandages; the blocking of pronation and suppination (fixation of the hand) can only be ensured.
