The Conf Plastic's 204X is suitable for the rack’s transport, with sterilizations container guides. Its structure is entirely realized with stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301) plate, ribbed, strengthened and mechanical solicitation’s resistant. All the joint welding are performed with robotized TIG procedure, with following surface’s polishing, guaranteeing a perfect uniformity of the parts. It also has an antitorsion base structure, built with rectangular tubular in stainless steel, settled with TIG procedure. Its sandwich doors are formed by double plate, separated by an expended polyurethane panel. A circumference profile in siliconic rubber, works as gasket during the closing of the doors.
