Conf Plastic's transport and movement systems can be highly customized to meet the performance and configuration requirements of the customer. The trolleys shown are for use in conjunction with highly automated or robotized systems and applications, and have been designed to be able to move along predetermined paths. The base unit of each of these trolleys is constructed of high-strength tubular stainless steel. The swivel wheels feature an automatic directional block which enables the automated control of the wheels to be interrupted when the trolley is pushed to the side. This allows the trolley to be moved in any desired direction other than its preprogrammed direction. A system of bar code readers, transponders, and magnetic readers are integrated into the automated trolley systems. These trolleys have been designed to be moved through washing and disinfecting stations.
