A single use product. Tubes have an attached cap for the chain reaction of the polymerase (PCR). These plugs are flat and pierceable, made of polypropylene with ultrathin walls, a factor that optimizes the exchange of temperature in the thermocycler (adaptable to most existing in the market: Ericomp, Twinblock, Perkin Elmer 9600, MJ Research 100/200 96V, etc.). They are available in natural and coloured version. The material from which the tube is made allows maximum transparency for good visualization of the interior, for example of the sediments. The bottom of the tube, in conical way ensures a good collection of the sample, as resuspension after centrifugation. The flat cap attached to the tube facilitates handling when covering the tube with the same hand that holds it. These caps are perfectly suited to the mouth of the tube, which ensures a complete seal, preventing micro evaporation during the reaction time. Chemically inert tubes. Metal-free, RNAse and DNAse free, pyrogens free, etc. Certificate is included on each inner box and outer box. Working temperatures of the tubes range from - 80 °C to 100 °C, in constant temperature. They are autoclavable at 121°C for 15 minutes.
