The Handzentrifuge is a handy centrifuge that can be manually operated without the need for an external power supply. It can be easily clamped onto any table or bench plate. It comes with a drive shaft, a crank mechanism, and two rotor options. The 1014 rotor with 15 ml conical tubes can be accelerated to 1,298 RCF. With the 1025 rotor, several common sample tubes can be used including the 15-ml round-bottom tubes, and those that do not exceed 125 mm in length and 17 mm in diameter. It has a built-in lubricating system that makes it almost maintenance-free.
