A self expandable nitinol stent, the SX-ELLA Stent Pyloroduodenal is suitable for use with difficult anatomical structures. This particular device offers flexibility, improved visibility, precise curve alignment, and radioplaque marker that occur at the stent ends and midpoint. The stent ends are artraumatic and a plastic repositioning loop is located at one of the ends. Trauma to the gastric and duodenal walls are prevent by using this particular device. Malignant strictures in the pyloroduodenal region can be traversed easily with this stint. It can provide palliative management indefinitely or temporarily from malignant strictures that affect gastric outlets and/or the duodenum. Within five days of being implantation, the stint's position can be moved or corrected. It is useful for contraindications including peritoneal abscess, severe ascites, severe coagulopathy, enteral ischemia, and bowel perforation.
