Your participation in the EuroELSO Virtual Congress 2021

Please register to the fee-based Virtual Congress prior to the event. In order to participate a computer, laptop or mobile device with internet access is necessary. However, no specific program or software has to be downloaded on your device. We strongly advise to use Google Chrome as operating browser, please do avoid using Internet Explorer.

Access restriction

In order to access the Virtual Congress platform you will need to enter your personal log-in data. All registered participants will receive this log-in data on the day prior to the event.

Certificate of Attendance

You will receive your Certificate of Attendance via e-mail. The completion of the congress survey will be mandatory in order to receive the certificate.

CME-Credits

EuroELSO Virtual Congress will apply for CME credits. Credits will however only be given for joining the live congress, no credits will be awarded for on demand consumption of the published content.

Time Zone of the Virtual Congress program and on demand availability

The Virtual Congress will be streamed live and is scheduled in European Central Time (CET). However, all sessions can be watched on demand at any time after the event. Please kindly note that post procession of the conference content will require a couple of working days to be provided online. You will be informed about the publication as soon as available.

Please be aware of the fact that not all presentations will be available on demand as the publication requires the speakers’ permission.

Language

The official congress language is English.

Program changes

The organizers cannot assume liability for any changes in the program due to external unforeseen circumstances.

Registration

Pre-registration is recommended to participate in the EuroELSO Virtual Congress.

If you were registered for the EuroELSO 2020 Congress and paid the registration fee, the registration will be converted to the Virtual Congress. You will receive a separate personal e-mail providing information on all further proceedings.
