HemoCue® WBC DIFF is a differential white blood cell counter which is commonly used for sample materials like capillary or venous whole blood and common parameters: Total Leukocytes (White Blood Cells) and Differential (in absolute and %) for: Neutrophils, Lymphocyter, Monocyter, Basophils and Eosinophild. For optimal performance of the HemoCue WBC DIFF system, the operating temperature should be: venous/capillary sample in EDTA tube: 18 - 30° C, <90% non-condensing humidity. Capillary sample from fingerstick: 18 - 25 °C, <90% non-condensing humidity. The analyzer can be stored at temperature 4-50 °C. Results: in about 5 minutes Sample volume: 10 µL.
