The Versacem is the cemented acetabular shell for double mobility which: can assure the primary stability due to the cement, even with poor bone quality; can assure high stability thanks to the double mobility liner; is made of stainless steel and its double mobility liner is available in standard UHMWPE or Highcross cross-linked polyethylene. Additionally, the Versacem is characterised by: an elliptical shape; external grooves for optimised cement pressurization; mirror polished internal and external surfaces; an upper edge in the shape of a 5° raise providing additional cover for the articulating liner.
