The Vacuklav 23 B+ is an autoclave that is rated "class B" conforming to the European standard EN 13060. The product offers 2 test programs and 5 programs and works in accordance to the pre-vacuum fractionated method. This method means that the air is evacuated at first from the chamber using a very effective pump. After which, there is a repeated steam intake which is immediately expelled again. This results to absence of any air inside the chamber or in an wrapped and hollow instruments or textiles which might hinder the sterilization process at the start of its actual sterilization. The device comes with a post vacuum which is fractionated for an effective drying, a necessity to the long-term storage of any packaged sterilized material. It is equipped with sensors and a microprocessor which regulates and monitors certain security parameters of the device. The Vacuklav B+ is a "stand alone" device and does not need the use of any supporting equipment.
