The Susie® and Simon®Intraosseous leg simulates that of a newborn. A replaceable tibial bone lies under a smooth outer skin. It includes anatomic landmarks for teaching intraosseous access and infusion. A femoral vein/artery pair is included. Lifelike foam leg with simulated tibia designed for practicing medication and fluid administration through intraosseous infusion. Features -Available Intraosseous vascular access - Sixteen (16) interchangeable, realistic tibial bones are available. - Realistic “pop” penetrates cortex and enters bone marrow as needle. - Blood return upon successful access - Fluid/medications can be Infused. -Skins and veins can be easily replaced that which withstand multiple needle sticks -It is mounted on smoked Lucite® base and supplied with blood bag and stand. -Synthetic blood concentrate, squeeze bulb, and spare leg skin rare provided. -Soft carrying bag with Instruction manual are available.
