HyChrome® is an innovative system for in situ denaturation and hybridization probe procedures. The system is a single at bed-heating module, with temperature controlled by a digital microprocessor, and a humidity chamber that reduces dehydration, resulting in high signals and low background hybridization. The proven temperature control technology and possibility to denature and hybridize the sample in one module assures a low intra and inter-slide temperature variability and a good reproducibility.
