LT-4000 Visible is an absorbance reader suitable for ELISA and the most common colorimetric assays in visible range. The system can either be controlled through the touch screen or by a PC using the Manta Software (supplied with the reader). The instrument is ready to read plates after only 90 second warm up and has a multi beam detector which allows a 96 well plate to be read in as little as 5 seconds. LT-4000 is supplied with 405, 450, 492 and 630 nm filters as standard, but a wide range of filters between 400 and 700 nm are available at low cost for the instrument Large clear screen with touchscreen interface allows easy control of instrument and visualization of data.
