The Attune Flexible modifiable Annuloplasty Ring can be tuned to fit the anatomy of individual patient. It is designed to permit the dynamic motion of the annulus. At the same time, it maintains the dimension of the mended valve. Besides, the ring can be tweaked after placement. This feature promotes perfect leaflet cooptation, which eliminates or reduces regurgitation. The completely flexible design permits dynamic annulus movement. Asymmetrical and symmetrical adjustability allows fine-tuning of the shape and size of the ring to match every patient’s ’ annulus. The residual mitral regurgitation is eliminated, as small adjustments can be made to the flexible ring after its placement. The annuloplasty is localized because of independent adjustability. The attune ring is designed to contain procedural needs. It is ideal for implant that uses minimally invasive, sternotomy and robotic approaches. Six sizes of the ring are available.
