Dhealth Conference by eHealth Forum 2017

A new name for a conference dedicated to tracking and promoting innovative stakeholders and continuous developments, in the digital health sector, from across the world.

The Dhealth Conference is supported by the eHealth Forum and partner organisations, Hellenic Healthy Cities Network (EDDYPPY), HL7 Greece and HL7 International, ICS/FORTH, IHE Europe, EHTEL, Greek EIP-on-AHA Network, Commercial Chamber of Athens, ECHAlliance, Greek Biomedical Informatics and Health Informatics Association, eHealth Hub, Association of IT Companies of Northern Greece (SEPVE), Hellenic Health Informatics Association (ESPY), Open Health Alliance, Hellenic Society of eHealth Services and Education, and IC-Health.
This year’s event is under the auspices of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV).

The Conference will hold a series of presentations, panel discussions and workshops relevant to digital health policies, developments and outcomes.

The eHealth Forum Exhibition and Startup Garden in Athens opens its doors to the general public from 20 to 22 October, framing the deliberations of the eHealth Forum Conference.

The Exhibition is the first and only health tech development and innovation initiative open to all, and is set up in a creative space at the New Retorts Building specifically designed for the needs of this unique audience.

Connect with our community of researchers, professors, international tech companies; meet developers and entrepreneurs creating innovative business models and solutions. Get hands-on experience and share ideas to be a part of the movement that will launch new applications to benefit you. Our supporting partners will be there to answer your questions and hear your ideas! Startup Garden (20-22/10)

The STARTUP GARDEN brings together the best digital health startups, spin-offs and entrepreneurs with investors, accelerators, incubators and big corporations from the digital and non-digital world and for the first time introduces them all to the end user: the public.

Health IT Startups & Spin-Offs display their latest devices and services. Tech startups already impact the way we manage our life and are projected to greatly impact how we will manage our health and wellbeing daily.

Digital Health Literacy – Education (20-22/10)

Digital Health Literacy is crucial if we need to create a society that will use technology to its benefit, either involving our health or our environment. We want to engage our young people, those that can change how we see technology in our lives. They can inspire society, their parents, their relatives and friends to embrace technology; they can imagine a better world where technology will be part of our wellbeing regardless if that includes medical innovation or living in a smart city that takes care of its citizens.

IHIC 2017 (22-24/10)

Re-shaping healthcare systems

The 17th International HL7 Interoperability Conference – IHIC 2017 will be held back-to-back to the eHealth Forum, from the 22nd to the 24th October 2017 in Athens. The meeting will be hosted by HL7 Hellas, with support from HL7 Germany as permanent IHIC supporter, and other HL7 Affiliates. The Conference addresses interoperability in the health and social care domain. IHIC provides an interface between science, research and practice with regards to share experiences and best practices.

Tutorials for implementers and scientists are offered on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 October. The Main Conference (Monday 23 and Tuesday 24 October) includes keynotes, invited speeches and presentations to be held at the Purifier Building, at the Technopolis City of Athens.
