These Cap and Molar Extractor have serrated jaws and are similar to a Hewson?s Extractor. However, they have straight handles and a larger head (3/4" long by 1" wide) which makes them a more universal extractor for both caps and small molars. They are 19" in length, made of stainless steel in the USA and feature a box joint for extra strength. They are available with or without a built-in, adjustable fulcrum for improved leverage. The unit pictured above does not have a fulcrum.
