These Small Floats are scaled-down versions of our regular sized Standard Floats for use in the tight confines of the smaller mouths of young and miniature horses. The three available styles are: Lower Offset, Long (15-1/4"), Upper/Lower, Straight Long (15-1/4") and Upper/Obtuse Short (12-3/4"). These floats have a lower and narrower profile that is much easier and safer to use. They are as strong as our regular floats; just lighter and more compact. The handles are the same size but the shanks are proportionately shorter. They also have an integral, specially sized, solid tungsten carbide blade with a Medium cutting pattern which can be resharpened or replaced. A Fine blade for finishing is also available.
