Airospring is a range of lightweight and breathable pressure relieving cushions made from high-tech 3D Knitted Spacer Fabrics. Airospring is machine washable at 40°C Airospring is totally breathable The cushion promotes the movement of Air as you move so keeping you cool and comfortable Airospring provides uniform support from all parts of the cushion Pressure mapped Product developed in collaboration with the University of Bolton UK Conforms to BS EN ISO 1021 parts 1 & 2 UK patent pending The XD Spacer fabrics used in Airospring cushions have better compression and recovery properties as shown by the chart. They recover better than foams or gels which means they support the body better , providing support equivalent to hydrostatic loading. This means better support for the body which results in superior pressure distribution. XD Spacer fabrics have been tested up to 20,000 cycles and lose considerably less thickness than foam products. As seen in the chart Foam loses considerably more even after 5,000 cycles. This means the Airospring cushions will continue to perform over long periods of time.
