PHIL-SPLINT™ is a produci used for emergency frealments of fractured patients, light fractures, and dislocations (sprains) and so on. It is used to safely support or fix the affected area. Product overview & features PHIL-SPLINT™ is made by spraying water hardening synthetic resin to the glass fiber or non woven fabric to form eight layers of glass fiber or one layer of non woven fabric for an orthopedic splint PHIL-SPLINT™ has the following features. 1- 8 layers of PL) resin coated to the glass fiber fabric.
