Patient groups profiting from a therapy with PARI SINUS Patients with acute rhinosinusitis (ARS)- adults and children aged 6 and older, for example with bacterial infection Patients with chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS) with/without polyps - adults and children aged 6 and older, to whom a previous steroid treatment with a nasal spray was unsuccessful and/ or patients before an initial or repeat surgical treatment of the paranasal cavaties (FESS) Patients with CRS and a disease of the lower airways - adults and children aged 6 and older, patients with CRS AND diseases of the lower airways (sinubronchial sydrome) e. g.: - COPD - Bronchitis - Bronchiectasis - Asthma - Cystic fibrosis Why pulsating aerosol? Pulsating aerosol effectively deposits the medication in the paranasal sinuses exactly where it is needed to effectively treat CRS. Nasal sprays are able to deposit the medication in the nose, but are not able to reach the paranasal sinuses.
