The Soft Tissue Femoral Fixation System utilizes modern technology in the field of sports medicine for the femoral fixation of soft tissue autografts and allografts. Stryker has designed the Cross-Pin System to easily and securely utilize soft tissue grafts in order to perform ACL reconstruction. The implant is constructed from titanium and biosteon (HA/PLLA) and the cross-pin instrumentation if free from calculations. Insertion takes place over a rigid guide enabling accurate placement and a tight tunnel-to-graft interface. The Cross-Pin System is supplied with high quality components, such as a biosteon cross-pin, a guide pin and fork, a tendon stripper and a transverse drill guide.
