GMRS Proximal Femoral Components have a clinical history that spans over a decade. The neck has been lengthened to help improve range of motion and better meet the needs of patients differing anatomies. GMRS Proximal Femoral Components are fully compatible with all Stryker V40 femoral heads. The components are available in your choice of standard or trochanteric configuration. They are also available in neutral, left and right anteverted orientations. One of the key advantages of GMRS Proximal Femoral Components are their innovative Press-Fit Stems. These press fit stems have an 11mm replacement length and come available in three styles: straight flutes, bowed and long bowed. The stems are made of titanium alloy with titanium plasma spray, with the proximal 3cm of the stem coated with Hydroxyapatite.
