This balloon dilatation catheter was designed to provide effective, uniform, radial dilatation of the nephrostomy tract and convenient placement of a working sheath. Capable of maintaining 30F diameter under high pressure and rated for inflation pressures up to 17atm (atmospheric pressure) . The radiopaque markers work to confirm position and the device features a low profile to facilitate advancement. The balloon has a Silicone coating designed to reduce friction between the balloon surface and the introducer sheath. A amplatz renal sheath is included with the catheter. This product is available as a Single or a Kit. The Kit comes complete with a NephroMax Balloon and Encore 26 Inflator with pressure gauge.
