The Escape™ Nitinol Stone Retrieval Basket has a laswer-compatible basket which enables a side-by-side technique to be used, increasing the control and manipulation of both the basket and there laser fiber. This devices was created to be used with a 200µ holmium laser fiber. The basket is made out of standard 40 wire and the 11mm cage has 2 long legs that are extended to reach 15 mm for better releaseability. This device is equipped with a 1.9 F Sheath Size and in a 3.6F working channel, the sheath and laser fiber allow irrigation flow that is equal to a device that is 2.4F in size. This device is an extremely reliable anti-retrpulsion and allows for laser lithotripsy during final basket stabilization of calculi.
