STRUCTURE: Internal chamber and shelves in AISI 304 stainless steel, fibreglass insulation; external cabinet in painted sheet steel; door with tempered glass window; door seal in silicone rubber. Panel-adjustable aerator. Heating is achieved through low power air heaters; air circulation occurs through natural convection. THERMOREGULATION AND CONTROLS: The electrical system is provided with a general switch and operating indicator. Thermoregulation is obtained with a digital (LED) microprocessor regulator, with RTD Pt 00 Ohm input. The appliance is also equipped with a built-in thermostat, with independent probe in order to allow exclusion of the heating system in case of breakdown; it is possible to set the overtemperature intervention threshold through a knob placed on the control panel. Intervention will be signalled by means of a red light.
