INCUBATORS WITH WATER TYPE THERMAL FLYWHEEL FOR THE MODERN BIOMEDICAL AND SCIENTIFIC LABORATORY WITH COMPLETE PID CONTROL KW has developed a technological update of its own incubators with water type thermal flywheel. These make up the alternative to the fanned W-WR-LAB series. They have a water jacket, in which heat exchangers (heating resistors and evaporator) are placed; they have the advantage of a large thermal flywheel, useful for maintaining a constant internal T, even in case of blackout or temperature control system failure; this thermal flywheel also ensures a remarkable internal T stability. Around the working room, they make a wall of water that has a large thermal capacity and excellent insulation against the external environment. On the outside of the wall of water, there is an insulation composed of low thermal conductivity mineral fibres. With a structure like this, temperature control occurs statically, through conduction and radiation of the AISI 0 stainless steel walls. This equipment is particularly recommended for laboratory activities in which contamination must be limited between culture and culture, or between external environment and work chamber.
