Jacket Type Chamber and Powerful Sterility This B-Class sterilizer has a chamber with a jacket that has a built-in electrical heater in it, it allows convenient loading of the material to be sterilized. It also has an enhanced safety feature, preventing overheating of the electrical heater. In addition, the sterilizer has an excellent preheating ability and can preserve the chamber temperature, effectively reducing the deviation of the sterilization temperature and maintaining a uniform temperature distribution. This small steam sterilizer delivers enhanced sterilization performance by combining an innovative cycle program and a powerful vacuum system for air removal. It can meet the Sterility Assurance Level (SAL=10-6 CFU: EN 556) for hollow loads with materials that are very hard to sterilize within the shortest time. Variable Cycle Programs and Self-Diagnosis Program 5 kinds of basic cycle, 2 kinds of test cycle program and the self-diagnosis program, which can detect 12 cases of operating error during cycle processing, generating an audible warning and aborts the executing cycle automatically for safety, are built in the sterilizer. Futhermore user can change the basic cycle program at user's disposition according to the kind of load to be sterilized and type of packaging, therefore sterilization could be executed smoothly under any conditions. 3. Safety The door would not be opened without power supplying and in case of remaining chamber pressure exceeds in the set level by door interlock system, cycle does not start unless the door is locked.
