It has been observe that one-third of patients of heart failure across the world do not respond effectively to CRT. The artioventricular and interventricular timing is among the main factor, besides many other factors, that are responsible for the lacking of response to CRT. The optimization, which is done by echocardiography, takes lots of time and is both costly procedures and dependent on users. The algorithms of previous device are equation-based for which the patient has to be hospitalized. This process is very costly and consumes a lot of time for patients, as well as of hospitals. The effectiveness of the process is in questionable stages. Due to the remodeling of the heart, the CRT timings vary from time to time the regular device optimization is required.
