The Inspector is an integral piece of equipment for any Nuclear Medicine Department, it is both easy to use and accurate. It may be small but it is just as accurate as other, bigger pieces of equipment doing the same job. The inspector measures levels of controlled radiation from levels as low as (0.001 to 50 mR/hr) per hour. With a digital read out that flashes with a red light and an audible warning when the radiation levels increase, giving you instant warnings. The display will update every 3 second, giving you constant up to date monitoring. At lower background levels the update comes from the moving average for the past 30 seconds of data. The adjustable timer can be set from 1 minute to 24 hours and it can be used for monitoring alpha, beta, gamma and x-rays.
