The proximal torque device can be rotated bi-directionally using the FAST SPIN Technique, which is designed in order to assist in the up gradation of the CrossBoss CTO Catheter. In order to provide the passage through the CTO, a 3.0F atraumatic rounded tip is built. The device is built for crossing directly through the CTO or bypassing the obstacles through a subintimal path.
