Cook Spectrum Glide catheters are extensively used for blood sampling, venous pressure monitoring, drugs and fluid administrating. The catheters provide a smooth insertion with their EZ-Pass hydrophilic coating. The device prevents against colonization of bacteria and catheter-related bacteremia as the catheters are impregnated with minocycline and rifampin. The device comes with a minipuncture access and 20 page needle enables to introduce wire. The inner cannula of the cannula facilitates placement and needs to be removed after every placement.
