The 3500 DX System Series is the first CE-IVD marked instrument for capillary electrophoresis. It is developed to comply with the Directive 98-79-EC on In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices. Conformity is expected with the IVD mark and the 3500 DX Series with this directive. This provides extra confidence and security to laboratories working on the validation and development of nucleic-acid based assays. Thanks to support for 8 capillaries, the 3500 DX instrument allows you to run anywhere from 90 to more than 300 samples a day. The amount of samplers per day is determined by the total number of samples that can be run in a 23-hour period (preparation and instrument maintenance time are taken into consideration).
