The Pippin Prep System will automate the selection and collection of DNA for PGM sequencer functions. This can work for 90 minutes at a time to get DNA fractions ready through a software program while using no low molecular weight issues. This also uses tight fragments that create better templates for amplification processes and can process samples with a series of pre-cast agarose gel cassettes that are also easy to dispose of when they are no longer needed.
