A new standard is set in capillary electrophoresis with the 8-capillary 3500 and 24-capillary 3500xL Genetic Analyzers. Applications like mutational profiling, microsatellite analysis, MLPA™, LOH, MLST, AFLP® and SNP validation or screening are run by the 3500 8-capillary platform. A capillary array and a single polymer can handle a vast majority of applications. A comprehensive analysis of genetic data is provided using the 3500 Series Data Collection Software. This is integrated seamlessly with several downstream software packages.
