The Drew Scientific has been incorporating high-quality and leading edge CBC systems for more than 15 years. The most modern and newly-developed device is the Drew-3. The device characterizes an LCD color touch screen which is large and of the pre-diluted mode, in combination with 16 parameters 60 samples per hour 10 µL sample size of whole blood. This enables convenience in usage. Up to 1000 QC statistics and sample records could be stored in the data management. The ergonomic operator interface is backed by multilingual capability. Consumption of reagent is low. Parameters of the device include MPV, Plt, RDW, MCHC, MCH, MCV, Hct, Hgb, RBC, WBC, Lymp#, Gran#, Mids# Lymp%, Gran% and Mids%. Histogram operations of RBC, Plt and WBC are also shown. The large touch screen manages every operation. Besides running QC Reagents, datalog and samples, it also incorporates shut-down and start-up. The four separate operator levels, inclusive of Lab Tech and Lab Manager could be possible. When a new user invades, the existing users get logged in at the start-up system of the device.
