Stryker's CORE Arthroscopic Shaver System is a software-based system that enables surgeons to perform arthroscopic surgery procedures such as bone debridement and tissue resection rapidly, aggressively, and precisely. The system functions as a controlling element for up to three hand pieces, while control of the surgical procedure itself remains fully in the hands of the surgeon. In conjunction with to wireless foot switches, one or two hand pieces can be operated simultaneously, and a third hand piece can be connected as needed. The system includes a touchscreen control and display monitor.
