Welcome to Halmstad and this year's Infection Week/Microbiological spring meeting!

The conference, which is aimed at healthcare personnel, provides a unique opportunity for dialogue between doctors, nurses, biomedical analysts, microbiologists, molecular biologists, researchers and representatives from the pharmaceutical industry as well as diagnostic companies. Also this year, the program will have sessions of interest for all professional categories that are spread over all the meeting days, Tuesday to Friday. The poster mingling takes place on Wednesday evening and the joint dinner on Thursday evening. During the week, we will offer the opportunity to make study visits, where you register your interest in connection with registering for the conference.

The scientific program will be very current and varied. There will be talks and sessions on, among other things, emergency medicine, Clostridioides difficile, unexplained hepatitis in children, everything you can see in sewage and the latest after another winter with SARS-Cov-2. You can also listen to news about monkeypox and not least a very interesting session about health care hygiene.
