MES was established in Kraków in 1993. Since the MES has been designing , manufacturing , selling and servicing medical equipment. Our main fields of interest are the production of equipment for functional diagnostics of the respiratory system : flow, volume and pressure measurements, the analysis of respiratory gases in pulmonology, allergology and sports medicine. The principal novelty of ours apparatus is a measuring pneumotach head eliminating all deficiencies of diagnostic systems used in this field.

The pneumotach head design was registered to be exclusive to MES. In our opinions parameters and advantages are a turning point in spirometric examinations which became more accurate and safe for patients Another group of our activities is designing and constructing of measuring equipment ordered by research institution. As the result of co-operation with research centers the following unique diagnostic system have been developed : the apparatus for analyzing the respiration cycle, the apparatus for measuring of diaphragm relaxation time, the motivation system for spirometric measurements in children and versatile multichannel system of distribution of measuring data ( MESLab ). However, our main product is the LUNGTEST consisting of the series of spirometers and rhinomanometers.

The LUNGTEST won an award of Golden Aesculapius at The International Medical Fair SALMED. The medical equipment produced by MES is highly recognized on domestic and foreign market. This approval is reflected in hundreds of equipment units which are installed in the most renowned medical centers in Poland. Last year we introduced in our company the quality management system according to the ISO 9001. An audit was performed by TUV CERT. We are also representative : Dornier Med Tech, HP Cosmos.
