Ultraschall 2019 - 43rd Dreiländertreffen

We cordially invite you to the 43rd Dreiländertreffen of the DEGUM, ÖGUM, SGUM from 16 to 19 October 2019 in the beautiful Mainz am Rhein.

In all medical areas, ultrasound in diagnostics, intervention and therapy has become an indispensable part of our daily clinical routine and is subject to constant further development, which we must meet with continuous further education.

According to this year's congress motto "Shaping the present and the future with ultrasound", the focus of the congress will be on practical training in theory and practice as well as in the area of ​​translation of the latest scientific findings.

We are pleased that we were able to win renowned national and international speakers from our three companies for lectures and workshops on the future-oriented application possibilities of ultrasound. The tried and tested user seminars on the seminar day (Wednesday, October 16, 2019) and the refresher courses during the congress days have the goal of conveying current basic knowledge in a practical and lively manner. Current topics such as artificial intelligence, molecular imaging, therapeutic applications of contrast agents and the latest device developments give us insights into the future of ultrasound. Political issues such as the effects of the economization of medicine should not be missing at a three-country meeting.

We are looking forward to an exciting, international and interdisciplinary congress with plenty of room for discussion in order to devote ourselves to the subject of ultrasound.
