Raymond van den Busken, an accomplished professional with a diverse background in the medical industry, is set to assume the role of Managing Director of Commercial Operations at Fresenius Medical Care for the Benelux region. With an extensive track record in leading various divisions and managing critical portfolios, van den Busken brings valuable experience to his new position.
Previously, he served as the Country Business Manager for the Vascular Division at Cook Medical for nearly two years. During his tenure, he oversaw various vascular interventions, including Vascular Surgery, Interventional Radiology, Peripheral Interventions, and Lead Management. His leadership was marked by a commitment to enhancing patient care through innovative solutions.
Before this, van den Busken held the position of Country Manager for the Structural Heart Business Unit at Abbott for nearly three years. His responsibilities encompassed the management of franchises specialising in Cardiac Surgery, Structural Interventions, Mitral and Tricuspid repair, and Transcatheter Valve Interventions.
