This 8.6 x 7.7 cm gel setup works with a double-gel system that is ideal for electrophoresis. The inside glass plate will stick with an upper buffer reservoir to remove heat and to keep all runs intact. This system uses a design that makes it so 56 samples can be reviewed in one run. This is made with pre-cast gels at an 8 x 10 or 10 x 10 cm PAGE gel setting. The stand is also made to handle five gels at a time and uses a strong body. This allows the gels to be tilted to 45 degrees as it is being poured out. This makes it so the gel can move to one end of the plate sandwich as air bubbles will be prevented.
