The THIRA range is a range of straight, tulip-shaped femoral stems with trabecular relief, available in versions requiring cement or not. This range has an implantation instrument set that is common to both types of stem, and that is adapted to anterior, posterior and anteroexternal (Roettinger) approaches. Indications This range of femoral stems is adapted to first intention hip operations, following coxarthrosis, fracture of the neck of the femur (as an intermediate hip prosthesis) or finally in case of simple revisions that do not require a long or locked femoral stem. First intention THA for coxarthrosis ; Fracture of the neck of the femur as intermediate hip prosthesis ; Simple revision following loosening of the femoral stem
