The cementless dual mobility acetabular cup ranges (either press-fit or tripod) exist in 10 sizes, ranging in diameter from 46 mm to 64 mm in 2 mm increments. The inserts are available with an internal diameter of 22.2 mm for the 46 mm size and 28 mm for sizes 48 to 64 mm. The metal-backs are made from CoCr (Cobalt Chrome), mirror polished on the inside face to provide mobilisation of the insert with maximum tribological properties. The outer surface has a T40 titanium protuberance and an hydroxyapatite coating to encourage the secondary fixation of the implant, and its long lifespan. The inserts are made of polyethylene (Ultra High Molecular Weight PolyEthylene, UHMWPE).
