Characteristics of the system The implant is designed to maximise long term results. The cancellous bone is compressed to ensure proximal press-fit, producing primary stability without damaging the bone tissue; the biological implant coating enhances the secondary stability of the implant. The combination of a dedicated instrument set, no lateral flare, and a rounded distal tip make the stem easy to insert from any approach, including keyhole surgery.
