The S.Hi.V.A hinge prosthesis is an implant drawn to answer complex surgical situations. Its great modularity makes it possible to the surgeon to adapt the implant in an optimal way to the majority of the surgical cases. The position of the femoral stem is adjustable at the same time in valgus (of 3° with 7°) and in antero-posterior (until 8mm). In the same way, the position of the tibial stem can be relocated of +/- 6mm. The femoral and tibial spacers allow a cumulated correction until 25mm. The S.Hi.V.A hinge knee can be implanted thanks to an adapted, very light and innovating instrumentation set.
