This mechanical filtering device is made without the need to maintain it while it uses a tip in a proper hole to keep the valve in check. This uses three working positions during and after sterilization. This works with the valve in a state of rest at the start and a depression setup in the vacuum stage to let the valve open so air can get out. The valve will then close as the second one opens for steam to come in and sterilize items. The valve will close tightly afterwards to keep the entire load as sterile as possible.
