This new IKA series is designed with small bodies and functional features. The rotary evaporators work with HB 10 digital glassware materials that are 1 L each in size. The heating bath has its own safety mechanism and hood and is very easy to operate thanks to its controllable unit. The motorised lift uses a stroke 140 mm motor that will lift the evaporator piston out if the power stops working. An adjustable end position is also used to keep the grass from breaking. The speed can go from 20 to 280 rpm and even uses a smooth start with 100 rpm being the key setup. This will move carefully with a dryer function setting that works with an interval system. The water-oil heating bath also uses integrated handles.
