The CL stem in the TRAUMA and REVISION versions is a cemented implant for use in repairing femoral neck fractures or femoral revision surgery. The straight shape and adequate length ensure implant stability even in patients with poor bone trophism. The wide collar also enhances contact with the calcar region. The cross-section of the stem was designed to minimise cement-induced stress. The stem has a cervical-diaphyseal angle of 135° and each of the two versions is available in three sizes. The system comes with a basic, easy-to-use instrument set.
