This circuit is comprised of heated wire and designed for regulating the humidity and temperature of the air flow received by a patient. Inspiratory limb tubes are colored blue and expiratory limb tubes are colored white. The color-coded feature simplifies usage for medical professionals. A water trap without a heated wire is present in the expiratory limb tube. Tube clips are included in each circuit to provide better overall organization.
